🎒 Must-Haves

  • High-quality waterproof backpack or bag

  • Non-perishable food (snack packs, protein bars, etc.)

  • Personal hygiene products (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, deodorant, etc.)

  • Medical supplies (first aid kits, pain relievers, band-aids, antiseptic wipes, blister pads)

  • Clean socks (warm and moisture-wicking preferred)
