Karepax Foundation Photo Policy

We’re so grateful for our incredible volunteers—your dedication and compassion inspire us every day! We love capturing and sharing photos of you in action to celebrate the impact you’re making. Below is our official photo policy, which outlines the consent you provide when participating in any Karepax Foundation event or outreach effort.

Volunteers

By volunteering with Karepax Foundation, you (or your legal guardian, if you are a minor) grant Karepax Foundation permission to take and use photos, video, audio recordings, names, and/or verbal statements (“Likeness”) captured at any Karepax event or service activity.

This includes the right to use your Likeness—intact or in part—for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube), printed materials, and other media used to raise awareness and support for our mission.

We respect your privacy. We will never publish full names or personally identifying details without written consent from you, your parent, or guardian.

If you do not wish to have your image or voice used, please notify the event photographer or organizers at the time of the event. You may also submit a written request to opt out by emailing KarePaxCares@gmail.com and including a recent photo of yourself (for identification purposes only—it will be kept confidential).

Volunteers who do not opt out in writing agree to release and hold harmless Karepax Foundation from any claims related to the use of their Likeness.

Please note: No individual or group unaffiliated with Karepax Foundation may use or reproduce any Karepax photos, videos, graphics, or content without prior written permission from an authorized representative.
